Columns
Section titled “Columns”The view contains 8 columns providing comprehensive information:

version_id | Primary key of the version. |
document_id | The document this version belongs to. Joins to adm_my_documents_v.document_id. |
version_number | Version number within the document, counting from 1 and never reused. |
file_size | Size of this version in bytes, raw. |
checksum | Content checksum of this version. Two versions with the same checksum hold the same bytes; use it to detect a re-upload of unchanged content. |
version_status | CURRENT for the version adm_my_documents_v.latest_version_id points at, HISTORICAL for every earlier one. |
created_date | Timestamp this version was uploaded. |
created_by | User who uploaded this version. |
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Unique by version_id, and by (document_id, version_number)
- version_status marks the one CURRENT version per document
- No file content and no storage location - fetch bytes through the API
