Is Rich Text Editor Pro available for free, or is it a paid product?

You can purchase a perpetual license for just RTE Pro, or if you plan to use more than one of our plug-ins, you can purchase a yearly subscription for your desired number of plug-ins.

What is the pricing model for the rich text editor?
Section titled “What is the pricing model for the rich text editor?”You can purchase a perpetual license for RTE Pro. Perpetual licenses have the option to renew maintenance and support each year.
If you plan to use more than one of our plug-ins, you can purchase a yearly subscription for your desired number of plug-ins. This option requires that the subscription fee be paid yearly.
Are there any restrictions on the number of users or installations with a single license?
Section titled “Are there any restrictions on the number of users or installations with a single license?”There is no limit to the number of users, APEX applications, or APEX Workspaces. The plug-in can be activated on up to for databases.
Are there any maintenance fees or recurring charges associated with using the rich text editor?
Section titled “Are there any maintenance fees or recurring charges associated with using the rich text editor?”Perpetual licenses have a yearly maintenance and support fee of 20% of the license list price at the time of renewal. Yearly subscriptions must pay the entire subscription fee each year.
Is there a refund policy in place if the rich text editor does not meet my expectations?
