The plug-in's configuration setting mirrors that of the IG (Interactive Grid) region as a Page Item. To enable a column as a triggering element, you must set the event trigger to the IG region, per APEX's default behavior.

Use Case

If you attempt to select a record with the Department value of 'RESEARCH,' you will observe that only the 'OPERATIONS' option is available to select.
However, for records where the Department differs from 'RESEARCH,' you can choose any available option.
