Follow the instructions below to contact us using the plug-in portal.

1. Go to the Plug-ins Pro Portal
2. Log in

3. Select Support from the menu

4. Click the button New request

5. Select your license/subscription type

6. Select your issue category

7. Provide the issue title

8. Describe the issue in detail

9. Add attachments

10. Click the button Submit Request

11. Your issue has been created and is waiting for us to reply
