When publishing the same form twice, you will get a new version of that form; you can change the version on the right.
When you complete the form, you can use the "Submit" button to submit the form and view the data.

You can change the language of the form by using the select list in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

This form is automatically saved on local storage, meaning that when you refresh your page, the fields that you previously set will still be filled out!
